This is the taste of a wine that brought home a silver medal from the largest French wine competition, the Challenge International du Vin.
And how is it made? Slowly and carefully. Winemakers hand-pick the grapes and process each type separately. Then they are aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Only after that are they blended into a balanced combination that includes Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (45%) and a few drops of Cabernet Franc (5%).
