Description

Varieties: 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier

Dosage: 8g/liter

Champagne Bouché matured for 4 years on lees, one year in a tank, and three years in the bottle. It’s the ideal wine for celebrating an important anniversary. This champagne can be archived for a few years, but it isn’t intended for long-term archiving.

All the wines from the Bouché winery mature on lees in the bottle for at least 4 years. This makes them fruitier and more complex. A typical champagne usually matures for only 15 months and it shows in the wine’s character.

The term “cuvée” on the label means that the wine was made from a selection of the best grapes. Réservée indicates a champagne that matures on lees for 3 or more years.
