Those who want to experience the genuine taste of Bordeaux should visit the Château Saint-Hilaire winery. Well, at least at a distance.

The local winemakers grow grapes of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties on their sunny vineyards. They taste them gradually, and when their time has arrived, they pick them by hand.

After the wine has matured for 12 months in oak casks the winemakers seek a precise ratio of the two varieties used to create the rich and elegant taste of Médoc. In 2016 it was 55 % Cabernet and 45 % Merlot. This is how the red wine with a full, fruity taste and with superb potential for maturation was created.

The Médoc 2016 was even successful at the world’s largest competition, the Decanter World Wine Awards. It was awarded 92 out of 100 points.

The winemakers from Château Saint-Hilaire gave this wine an exceptional rating of 9/10 points. Only 3 vintages have been given this rating in the past 20 years.

Try it for yourself. Treat yourself to the refined taste of Bordeaux.

  • Is the wine original?

We buy all our wines from verified suppliers that we’ve been working with for many years. When putting the bottles into storage we carefully examine them to make sure of their authenticity. We assure you that all of our wines are genuine.

  • What does the wine actually look like?

You can view all the wines in the 360-degree photographs that are provided for each of them. These are authentic photographs. When the bottles are have been stored in varying conditions all of them are photographed and you can choose from among them.

  • Is archival wine suitable for drinking?

Only a winery’s best wines are put into archives. They have their exceptional taste, which is incomparable with the taste of young wines.
