Vintage wines - Amarone della Valpolicella
he Dal Cero winery has been producing high-quality, unrepeatable wines for three generations. The soil where the grapes grow is a combination of white limestone and volcanic ash, and it is precisely this soil composition that gives rise to the unique taste of these famous wines, which are eminently suited for archiving.
The vineyards where the wine ripens are spread across the eastern side of the hilly
Valpolicella region, with a view to the city of Verona. Their southern orientation
allows for sufficient sun and a light breeze, which provide the ideal growing conditions.
The winemaking here draws upon a tradition founded by Augusto, the grandfather of the current owners of the winery. His descendants who are following in his footsteps have put their signatures on the bottle labels. This is how they show how important it is for them to grow their grapes in such a prestigious wine region as Valpolicella.
